If it is an NCAA amateurism issue and everything out there says it is, then it will have been formally reported to the NCAA. That them means the redacted report is subject to open records requests, just like every one of those accidental phone call or text violations. Pretty much it is just sitting there waiting for someone to get it. Even if there is a relation to Ole Miss it is doubtful a,redacted copy would provide enough information to connect the dots though unless someone with additional information talked.

The punishment for Bo was obviously self imposed, likely negotiated with the NCAA. The only thing that can happen after that is a Notice of Allegations, which is done in maybe 1/100 infractions cases as the NCAA doesn't accuse you of anything if you fully admit the facts and served punishment (different than just self reporting, or saying no punishment is warranted when it likely is)

He, along with several others, was paid to visit ole miss. Not sure why every is dancing around it.

Is it not common board knowledge that Ole miss pays players just to come on official visits and also pays them not to go on others?

Serious question. I don't think my connections are particularly inside...so I just don't understand the coyness going on.

I'm not saying they're the only ones that have ever cheated or anything crazy, but let's try to stay realistic.

Ole Miss does not pay players to not visit other schools. That is not our policy.
