The last picture is very interesting to me personally. When Shreveport was awash in cash from the local oil boom boosters from Centenary sponsored the football team. They were known as giant killers.

Their last team was 1941 I think. They went undefeated on more than one season and beat Texas A and M, TCU, SMU, and several other large schools in the 20s and 30s.

Actually, it's what you post when you have pride in your program and acknowledge it's history.
For some, that concept is foreign, and I feel sorry for them.
