It's already a step above Louisiana in most categories, but congrats on having the Saints? I mean, that does mean giving credit for any positive of Louisiana to New Orleans.

Stay with your vote baw. I respect your rationale. I tend to know the better posters (quite frankly) and I have like your style. I had the same problem with you and HS15. Some of these matchups are damn hard.

It is advanced military education for senior officers, Lieutenant Colonel and Colonel (referred to as Senior Service College - all four services have one and their are DoD versions as well). It leads to a Masters in Strategic Studies. You are in a “seminar” with (roughly) fifteen individuals. A mixture of Army, joint (other services), civilian and foreign students. It is to broaden you as senior leader.
I had the misfortune of being in a seminar that was rigged (by the senior instructor) to have West Point and Penn State grads in it. It is supposed to be a fun year. I was less than entertained. Worst part was the Penn State grads running their mouths about our bowl game loss to them in January 2010.

Well, about a year later we found out they cover up for pedophiles, then sued the NCAA when they were punished for protecting pedophiles.
Shame you didn't go two years later, huh?
