re: Texas who do you want OU or TAMU?

That's a tough one. I think it's year to year from here on our. In the Big 1e I would have said hands down OU but the layoff is making me weight it towards A&M

If we only get one then bloU every day, twice on Sunday.

Yes, I grew up with Texas vs aggy on turkey day night every year, and I have fond memories since we came out on top more often than not.

That said, the game in Dallas at the original Cotton Bowl while the state fair is in full swing simply can't be replicated by a different team/venue. There is nothing else in football quite like it and both schools are spending some coin to keep the ancient stadium standing for few more years and have some basic amenities that are currently missing. Anyone who has been to the game understands why this isn't just another neutral site rivalry game in some soulless NFL stadium. If the Cotton Bowl could talk it would have some stories to tell, and hopefully new ones will be made for at least the next two decades.
