So, I thought that Longhorns and aggy were the most dramatic people in Texas. At Texas, we even have Oscar winning actor Matthew McConaughey as our Minister of Culture. Plus Farrah Fawcett attended Texas too. And wasn’t aggy Lyle Lovett married to Julia Roberts??
But I see here that Texas State is the only Texas school to make Hollywood Reporter’s Top Global Drama School List. I’ve lived away from Texas so long that Texas State was named Southwest Texas State back when I was at UT. So could some of y’all local Longhorns and aggies please explain why the heck our schools are so behind?

UTrans may have a chance to improve in those rankings, but at A&M we simply don't have the quantity of gays that would be necessary for a successful drama/theater program.

I'm happy to let anybody else claim to be the best Texas school in drama. Same goes for any performing art or journalism. We'll stick to engineering, business, architecture, agriculture, medicine, law, military training etc.
