Yeah, I'm with you, if it is going real bad, sit him early enough in the game to get QB2 some good snaps.

Hopefully Sark isn't as stubborn as Mack was because of a name on the back of the Jersey. It's not fair to the Defense to keep the offense sputtering and smoking out their. Not fair to the Receivers and other upper classmen players on offense either that are trying to improve their draft status.

Thing is: I’d make that call now, tell him and qb2, and stick to it. If manning plays better, great. If not, he’s not helping his confidence any by continuing to make mistakes.

Florida fans will be busy booing Napier and every dumb decision he will make. No worries.

He was that bad against UTEP..... yes, UTEP.

He's a nice kid, but, 2 weeks is not going to fix him. I'm almost inclined to believe the rumors that he is "injured".

Just wait until Georgia. He might not survive.

If it’s a game time confidence thing, playing sharp will do a *little* something. A week of practice won’t. This past week was the week to build on a slightly better week 2 performance. That’s water under the bridge now.

Let him rotate snaps. If he’s better, great. Try to build on that at Florida. If the other kid outplays him, that’s your starter against the Gators.

Uhh, when they started accepting millions with your logo on their jerseys .....they became pros. That's the same for all schools.

2 months away. Either he’s figured it out and is playing better or he’s been replaced or we just have zero options at that position and this is a wasted year.

As I understand it, your QB2 is a transfer from Tulane who left because he lost his job there. QB3 is a true freshman.

All that hype the past couple of years scared any QB's with any experience away. This is almost malpractice on the part of Sarkisian. If he was a surgeon he would be sued. Holy shite!

Don’t worry. Your schedule next year will be easier I’m sure.

We aren't firing Sark. Back to back semi-finals after our shitty decade Sark will be here for at least 4 years. Its one player and its been 3 games, if we go 6-6 and then arch is back next year and we start out the same next year then we are in trouble

With a bunch of ints and 3 & outs it gets tough. But the offense doesn’t have to be great. That’s what you hope Sark sees.

He missed 11 straight passes and easy throws. I wouldn't boo him but it was an absolutely terrible outing and Texas has seen better qb play for decades so I think its fair to say we can expect better than that

You clearly Dont remember Simms, he would be a top sec qb right now. Simms play and arch right now isn't even close

Case McCoy
Garret Gilbert
David Ash
Tyrone Swoopes
Jerrod Heard
Shane Beuchele

Pretty much every QB between Colt McCoy and Sam Ehlinger was dogshit. Yall are just soft and whiny fans.

Amen to that, only problem with Simms was not having confidence or good play in big games like against OU and Big 12 Champ game. He would beat the teams he was supposed to beat pretty handily and throw some really nice passes on a rope..

Of course, the other problem was Applewhite was an absolute gamer, assassin, and fun to watch and knew how to win..That QB controversy was a really difficult situation because Mack let it drag on and didn't handle it right at all.

Over half those made nfl rosters and beyond swoopes I doubt any played as bad as arch did on Saturday.

I didn't and wouldn't boo and agree its soft and whiny shite, but acting like Texas has had this bad of qb play is just not true
