If you grew up in small town Texas, a&m is definitely your main UT rival. Every Texas home town is full of them, because they somehow learned how to breed. Chances are, there was an aggy family living on your own street.
OU was of course a worthy rival, but there were exactly zero sooners actually living in the small South Texas town where I grew up. No way to avoid aggy bullshite when aggy is actually standing right by you in the HEB check out line, haha…

it used to be a very decent place to talk all things SEC. 2007 when saban went to bama, tigerdroppings became a cesspool of bama folk jumping into every thread, hence the birth of sec rant. for a long time the secR was great. feels like each time we have expansions, the sloppy shite talking only grows.
