When you play NINETEEN in the first quarter does it really matter who starts? Tigers were subbing out on aggies first drive.

Just so you know the exact numbers.

LSU returns five of top six LBs and six of top eight DBs. So thats eleven of the fourteen in the back seven two deep.

The D-line returns three of top eight.

That's a very good starting point.

Any idea how many players the aggies played on DEFENSE against LSU? How many return? I heard a number in regards to what a&m played VS bama. Until I hear different from you I would guess it to be very similar.

As for the players that left. Minter will be missed the most. Barrow did have 100+ tackles himself and most expect him to slide into the MLB spot.

Simon's experience will be missed more than his cover skills. Most felt by end of season the Jalens were better in coverage. One was a Fr all american and the other was a Fr all SEC CB.

Reid was much better in '11. Loston will be able to pick up the slack.

DL is the DL and until proven otherwise LSU will have some of the best not only in the SEC but, the country.

Against LSU the little longhorns skip the last two games and go back 20 years for 5 specific games.

1945-1988 LSU's record vs the little longhorns 20-5-1.

This has been their MO since the Cotton Bowl in 2011 was announced even for IRL aggies. It's even more pathetic than Arkansas

It's still 23-10-1 since 1945, not exactly sparkling

15 pages of crap on a message board won't help you.
Game will still be an easy win for the Ags.

That's what you did. You seem to ignore the fact that LSU has beaten the A&M little longhorns two games in a row. Fact!

It has been 18 years since the A&M little longhorns have beaten LSU. Fact!

They also love to play the "in 1999 the programs were equal" game even though:

#1 we were still significantly ahead of them historically even then and

#2 if you take out their best period (89-99) and include our best period like they are trying to avoid, it get's REALLY lopsided

Stop it with this "two deep" 99% of teams return a lot of their two deep.

I wonder if the A&M little longhorn fan base acted this way in the Big 12. Constantly bragging about their potential, stadium, fan base, recruits, and blah blah. It gets old quick. I bet the big 12 was happy to see the A&M little longhorns leave for the SEC just so they would shut up.

What percentage of your starting lineup does LSU have a winning record against A&M in their lifetimes? I'll hang up and listen.

Potential? We had more wins than LSU and finished in the top 5... y'all lost to Clemson and weren't top 10. Sucks to suck.

This matters about as much as all time h2h record...very little. Both teams will probably be quite a bit different than 2012.

I guess in College Station football started in 2012

oh and before your "In Baton Rouge it started in 2000" rebuttal:

LSU finished 4th in the SEC
A&M little longhorns finished 5th in the SEC.

LSU embarrassed the little longhorn's JFF at Kyle Field. LSU beat down the little longhorns. Game over!

So how many years will LSU rank ahead of someone in the SEC, but have a shittier year? The streak is at 2...
