Unlike most teams we rotate heavily at most positions

The point of this entire thread was to inquire as to why *you* (and others) believe that the LSU game is going to be a romp for your Aggies.

Because they think we lost a lot more than we actually did and they are conveniently forgetting their losses. It's really as simple as that. Let them live in their fairy tale land, reality will set in soon enough.

Quantify it somehow. Explain to me how each of your bajillion defensive players drafted didn't actually play and their backups were better. I need something better than what you're giving me.

Do you ever get tired of being an idiot? You can use the number of players drafted all you want to try and gauge our defense. The fact remains that we had freshman and sophomores all over the field last year. Outside of Minter, most of our drafted players where underwhelming last year for the most part

Nobody said they weren't good players. We lose good players every single year. Somehow we manage to carry on. We'd love to have all of our guys that are in the NFL still playing for us but we've still managed to recruit a few new ones here and there and believe it or not we will in fact field a team in 2013.

If we shouldn't, explain why. Show me what an average SEC loses each year, and show me LSU lost no where close to that. Just because you tell me my perception is naive, doesn't mean it is. What you are saying is plausible. That y'all played a lot of guys that can step in... but what the rest od the world is saying is plausible as well. Tell us how we are wrong. Quantify it.

TeLeFaWx, you will now be called little long horns for one month. Don't worry. I'll start some thread titles with this and say this in every Aggie thread. Thanks.

Well for one we return more starters than Alabama and Georgia do, yet they are both preseason top ten and we aren't because people look at the number of early declarees, which include a punter and multiple backup or even third string players and also a guy who didn't see a snap for us in 2012 and they just assume we've been decimated.

Quote from FourThreeForty: So is it an easy win or what?

LSU 2008 played our SECW champion squad super close. Almost cost us the west.

Alabama played LSU super close in 2007 and almost derailed their championship hopes for good. Never put anything as an easy win. Ever. Regardless of what tacklers return, a tackle and tacklers are still what they are. It's their job. They'll be prepared. They know the formula to win and have the D-Coordinator to do it. Have fun in Dead Dream Stadium.

Well put, 4.3 Forty. For anyone to think that A&M waltzes into BTR for an easy win, thinking that LSU's defense won't be ready to play, hasn't followed Chavis' career nor LSU recruiting very well.

It's one thing to have TAMU join us in the SEC West -- and we have welcomed them with open arms. It is entirely a different (and foolish) matter to think that a trip to Tiger Stadium is going to be a cakewalk.

The little long horns have not beaten LSU in 18 years. We have beaten yall down two in a row. Will the little long horns run away to the big 12?

Why stop at 18? Is there a starter on your team that has a lifetime with a winning record against thw Aggies? Doubt it.

18 years is a very very long time for the little longhorns not to beat their main rival.

So I guess since LSU will have six loses next year then the little longhorns must beat Alabama. If yall lose that game your season is over. Seeing how the little longhorns have a cup cake OOC schedule. That leaves one game next season against one elite team: Bama.

I guess the little longhorns season will be over after their 3rd game lost to Bama.

Two games? Of all the rivalries to bring up, I figured the one that you ended 0-5 in the last five because your coach said he couldn't create a winning program starting 0-1 would be the very last one. Looks like the swamp kittens have some ingrown teeth.

We were 21-5-1 against you before that

You're our main rival now? Good to know, I must have missed the memo but I can support this. This will make our guaranteed victory at DV, at night, next year so much sweeter.

So against Texas the little longhorns use the 30 year mark,

Against LSU the little longhorns skip the last two games and go back 20 years for 5 specific games.

1945-1988 LSU's record vs the little longhorns 20-5-1.

Looks like historically LSU owns the little longhorns!

Find the stretches where we steam rolled you and eliminate them. Very good way to judge a rivalry...
