Two years in a row (lost to Rice at home exactly 366 days prior) is a trend.

and if he gets to the NIT this year you will say that being better than Watkins isn't much of an accomplishment and we should be in the tourney if BK was any good.

then I will see some hope going forward into next season when, according to the sunshine pumpers, he will have "his team" in place.

We have 7 scholly players, and really only 4 that are worth anything (Elston, Reese, Fabyon, Caruso), none of which are big men. The players we lost have all been shitty anyway, outside of Branch who was a quitter. Not the biggest fan, but I'll give BK next year before I start pot banging...his recruiting is measurably better than Turdgeon's at least. The only way we could get a great bball coach to A&M is to do some serious money whippage, and I don't see us doing that any time soon with some big spending on the horizon with respect to football.

His coaching, however, isn't in the same COUNTRY code.

The play he drew up at the end worked perfectly if you want anecdotal evidence. I know what your opinion is and I'm not gonna change it, but great coaching isn't going to do much with this group of players.

You mean the "not foul and let Pressey throw the ball into the stands" play?

you guys are fighting a losing battle with this Lobotomy character. He is an Aggie embarrassment and relishes our losses and curses any wins. So desperately wants to be right that our team does not matter. Funny truth is...with a couple of breaks, we'd be 6-3 right now. Hard to do what we need to do with so few players. BK is doing an admirable job with what he's got. Nobody knows why several players have left or what goes on within the team...but if he has gotten rid of dead weight or players that would not "buy in" for the good of the team? I think we will see results...

I am an optimist and this guys negativity is poison.

With those same couple of breaks, we'd have losses to Army, Washington State, Houston Baptist, and Mississippi State and be 10-12 overall.

You're probably one of those who held on to the "we were only 9 points away from an undefeated regular season in 2006" garbage, failing to also acknowledge that we were a mere 16 points away from 5-7.

perfect example of turning anything positive into a negative...you make my point beautifully. Tell me...you were one of the guys screaming for Showers instead of JFF at the beginning of this season weren't you? Virtually every post I see of yours on here is that way. What is up with you?

Positives: win over Arkansas (+1), win at Rupp (+1), win over Missouri (+1)

Negatives: home loss to Southern (-1), choke job to Alabama (-1), choke job to LSU (-1), home loss to Georgia (-1)

That's a NET negative of 1 (really, the Southern loss should count twice because it's the second straight year we lost to a horrible team at home in non-conference...twice more than Gillispie and Turgeon combined in 7 seasons)

Nope, had absolutely no idea who the starter would be, but knew that the last time we entered the season without a returning junior or senior QB the starter broke several records (2000 season).

you are something else...pick what you need to from our schedule to make your negative point why don't you. So, the OT road win at Starkville is not a positive? OK, I will use the schedule to make my positive point...how about 14 wins (positive) vs. 8 losses (negative) = +6 on the positive side.

Crawl into your little negative hole world and go away please. I am through with you. I will ignore you and any of your posts from this point forward. Have a dark depressing life...
