Well, you benefited from all this crap for decades.

So yeah, it's over for you. Time to compete on an equal playing field. You won't have the NCAA to look the other way when you do it and bring the hammer down when someone else tries to.

I get why you're pissed, GUMP.

Is that what you think the outcome of this will be?

That question is enough to make me smile from ear to ear. So at least that mad.

I’m glad you’re enjoying a perceived melt.

Our boosters are gonna enjoy tampering with your roster, now that it’s legal.

"In an apparent attempt to prohibit those (recruiting) inducements, the NCAA issued guidance classifying NIL collectives as 'boosters' to prevent them from negotiating with student-athletes during the recruiting and transfer processes," Corker said in his decision. "The NCAA's prohibition likely violates federal antitrust law and harms student-athletes. "Accordingly, (plaintiffs) are entitled to a preliminary injunction enjoining enforcement of the NCAA's 'NIL-recruiting ban.'""

Sorry, kid. Collectives aren't boosters.

Get rekt, GUMP.

I don't see why not. NCAA tried to retroactively go after UT, so sure, why shouldn't LSWho get to retroactively be found innocent?

I'll allow it.

You seem to be under the delusion that Bama has deeper pockets.

It’s already happing with Basketball at Dartmouth. A judge has ruled that players are employees and are allowed to unionize at Dartmouth.

Nah, buddy, didn’t you read? Or am I silly for assuming you can comprehend what you’re reading?

This part is the best of it all. We’re about to call every swinging dick that’s worth a frick on your roster and write them a blank check.

Even playing field?

Enjoy.

In his order, Corker prohibited all NCAA employees from enforcing its NIL policy and bylaws "to the extent such authority prohibits student-athletes from negotiating compensation for NIL with any third-party entity, including but not limited to boosters or a collective of boosters, until a full and final decision."

That’s what your boy Smokey has been telling us. We’ve had a competitive advantage for years because of how much we’re willing to pay our players.

Or something like that.

Enjoy.
