Fixed that up for you. They are like drug addicts that get super high hopes, and crash hard when it goes bad. I love UT, but the "Legion of the Miserable" are in a class of their own. It's baffling.
Anyway..on the hire...seems solid on the experience front. Helps build cred with the NFL, and hopefully bring some organization to that part of the program. A process if I may. Thing about the S&C Coach is that they are allowed more access to players outside of practice etc. Can't remember the specifics, but he really needs to be an extention of the coach. Being on the exact page etc. Seems they can share the same Flowbee as they get in-sync giving each other buzz cuts.
