We were offered tickets to the game Saturday but declined because... Iron Bowl.

Losers: The officials who have to waste their time on it. The media forced to cover it. Butch (if UT loses) will have outdone Dooley if he loses to Vandy and UK in the same season. It doesn't matter to most UT fans that both programs are improved. They still expect easy wins.
Winners: UK if they win. Well, duh, but this would be only their second win over UT in an incredibly long time. As a Vandy fan, I know how sweet that is.

Um...Iron Bowl, Clemson-South Carolina, Egg Bowl, and A&M-Missouri? All are pretty clearly bigger games than UK-UT. Hell, UGA-GT, FSU-UF, Arky-LSU, and even Vandy-Wake Forest (due to historical implications for Vandy winning 8 in a regular season consecutively) are probably bigger.
In short, UK-UT is bottom 3 of importance in the SEC this weekend. Nice try though.
