I actually kind of like the precedent here. If the 8th amendment applies to lack of air conditioning then the arguments that the 2nd amendment only applies to muskets go out the window.

Yes, they are buying up all the gas stations in the region. I have a friend who owns a gas station who turned down a ridiculous amount of money. Now his business is booming because he’s the only locally owned station in his county.
