Whenever Tennessee fans realize that their program will never be nationally relevant again.
And you know this how? Tennessee just had ten wins and was in the SECcg 2 years ago... When was the last tim USCe was relevant?

Ummm... they hired Lou Holtz and Steve Spurrier can't say those names are mud.

Two ways to look at it. You could say either South Carolina hires washed up coaches, or you could argue that even future hall of fame coaches can't win at South Carolina.

Based on a more seasoned QB, and being healthy. He had a huge freshman season. There's no reason to think he can't get back to those numbers again.

I always forget he was hurt last year. I gotta be honest though I think his success will have more to do with his health than his QB. Wilson was and is a better QB than Mccelroy, and trust me i'm not and i wasn't the biggest John parker Wilson fan.

Lattimore is number 10 overall and ranked higher than every Tennessee commit

Gilmore > Jackson. Anyone who knows jackshit about football will tell you this. Also, Gilmore is smart enough not to rob a gas station

Does anyone actually think UT will stay down forever? Bama went through far more hell after Stallings was gone, and they made it back. Whether it takes 3 more hires or not, UT will be back.

oh jesus. what's with SC and KY fans' obsession with Tennessee football?
gotta give them props for never backing down though. because I wouldn't even DREAM about talking smack to other fanbase if I have all time record of 4-22(SC vs. UT) or lost 25 straight times.(KY)

If Jackson is such a better player, than why wasn't he Freshman All-American, when Gilmore was?
Gilmore > Jackson

quote:

CB Stephon Gilmore, South Carolina – The rare true freshman to start at cornerback in the SEC, Gilmore possesses the ideal blend of size and athleticism to blossom into a lockdown defender. He had 52 tackles, five tackles for loss, two sacks, and nine passes defended

Gilmore is exceptional. He'll probably lead South Carolina to their first SEC divisional title ever.

That may be taking it a little too far. MAYBE finishing second in the SEC East for the first time ever.

You think so? It's very possible that Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee all drop football, right?

Not according to Rivals.

Did Jackson have 52 tackles, 5 tfl, 2 sacks, 9 passes defended, and even complete a pass with 15-20 rushing yards thrown in there?

Exactly. CB is much harder to play than safety.

Link?

Gilmore made freshman All-American teams, where are Jackson's accolades (please exclude arrest reports).

Depending on the defense. If Georiga is going to the 3-4, and runs it similar to Alabama (I'd imagine they will since the DC has Saban connections), the safeties have lots of responsibilities.
