Tennessee fans, thoughts on Mike Norvell

How would you feel if Norvell is the next coach for the Vols? I saw a post from a guy on the Ole Miss Scout board saying he has heard there have already been talks with him for the opening. Would you consider this a good hire?

I agree. He needs to stay there a couple more years to prove he can sustain a program long term
