He enjoys being a dumb arse.

I'm sure your team will play a lot better Saturday. We'll need to play better than we did Wednesday to be able to steal a win.

He's now even arguing Anderson's record as an assistant coach
I think he's serious.

I am done replying to Dale. You never can have a civil conversation with him.

Not mad about the L.I am impressed with Cuonzo. The wins will come, he is doing a very good job imo. Outside of the Maui swoon, the team is improving each night out and plays very hard and relentlessly. He needs a JUCO PG to spell Golden and this is a tourney team next year imo.

Because you can't think within the boundaries of an argument.
Like the latter part of a decade being the "mid part" Or "head coach only" while including accomplishments as an assistant.
I guess I just can't keep up with these "boundaries" that are constantly shifting...

Yup, I like Cuonzo too. I like this team a lot. They've just got the hudu on them like the rest of Tennessee sports right now.

Cuonzo is a great coach, and he's not the one out there falling over himself in crunch time. We will get better, Miss State is #20 in the nation and we almost had them at home.

Don't say mid 90s when you mean 1996 or 1997.
You all made the boundaries, not us.
I mean shite, Dale and I are the only ones playing by the rules here. We're the ones giving u the benefit of the doubt.

I hate you took Cuonzo though, but he is even better person than coach.

Go back and read the conversation thread. Maybe you will eventually put it together the "constantly shifting" argument.

Cuonzo will win a lot @ TN if they don't get trigger happy really quick.

Goodgame UT
You guys are definitely well coached & play hard. We got lucky to hang on there at the end.
I hope we can get out of our slump soon.

We won't, he has the rational part of the fanbase's full support

What is the #20 team in the land doing beating a shitty Tennessee team by only 4 at home?
Winning.

I like coaches like Cuonzo who preach defense. Good defense can keep a bad offense/team in most games. That's what Grant has been doing and what Barbee is trying to do at Auburn.

I wanted him down here more than Anderson. I just don't know if Mike can truly win here, and not talking about winning games, being a part of Nolan regime, some won't really give him his due. Plus I thought it was just best to not bring some wounds up, that could reopen.
But being SMS alum and former employee I'm happy for Cuonzo

Some of the ones who were most butt-hurt over Nolan were the same ones who wanted Mike the most, the rest are dead or close to it...
Cuonzo is a decent coach, but he was 6th or 7th on a list of prospects that didn't need to go past 1st choice...

Sorry for hijack; my list wish was
Dixon
Williams
Cuonzo
Mike
Tubby
If all that failed then go for Turgeon and kidnap him.
You couldn't have gone wrong with any of them.
