You're wrong about that, homey. And not just LSU fans. The BcS is now a playoff because of that BS. Bama did get some vindication and people will pick Bama as the team that year because of the win in the final game. But the majority of CFB fans do not believe Bama should have been there in the first place.
The poll that Rick posted is nothing compared to the one that was on CBS. There was about a million+ votes and about 75% said it should be LSU vs Okie. I wonder where those 25% lived

I guess the Bama fans forgot that as soon as 1/9 was over, every single conf( besides the SEC) demanded change or get would pull out of the bcs.

Bruh 2010 Bama was or of the most talented team in CFB history. They were favored over every single team they played. Even Auburn who was undefeated. 2010 Bama had all Americans on the bench.

No, because we had just seen them play, and I wanted an SEC team to have a shot. This was the last year that I pulled for an SEC team not named Bama in the BCSNCG, btw.

If these were the only factors, I'd have to agree with you. The problem, as I've stated at least twice - and which voters agreed with - is that Oklahoma State lost in week 12 to a 6-6 team.
You guys were asking voters to jump a team who had lost to a 6-6 team just a few weeks prior - over a team who had dismantled every team but LSU and was sitting at #2.
The kicker was, and still is that Oklahoma State lost late in the season to a bad team.
Either way, it doesn't change anything I've stated because history will not be re-written. People will remember 2011 as a National Championship for Bama. People will remember LSU's 2011 squad as the team who lost to Bama in a lopsided, boring National Championship.

What are you not getting? 2011 Bama beat 3 teams with a better record than 6-6. They didnt run this great SEC gauntlet in 2011.

Once again, NEVER in the history of the bcs has a better loss trumped a 3 team advantage in wins against the top 25. This is why you never heard Espn say shite about resume when discussing Bama and OSU. The always said," eyeball test".
