Ahh, so now it's your turn to take the "easy schedule" rap from fellow conference members

until we win consistently on the road in the SEC, I just assume all road games are probable losses. So, no way I think we have a breeze down the stretch. SEC really has to get away from scheduling teams with three in a row at home, then three in a row on the road.

That is why you give teams like Bama and Georgia the benefit of the doubt, and teams like A&M don’t get the benefit of the doubt. Last year, A&M had a decent path to the playoffs and couldn’t pull it off. Same deal this year. I think everyone would agree, this is about as good as it gets for a schedule to get into the playoffs. Will they do it this year or will they revert back to last year? We will have to wait and see.

Under Jimbo, this team held zero mental edge. That is beginning to change under Elko. This team is beginning to believe. I think this team needs to take several more steps with the first one being winning games you should win.

I think Elko has them moving in the right direction. The question will become how far away is A&M? We will have to let the season play out.

You are what you are until you aren’t.
