If we start sending violent criminals straight to the rope violent crimes will diminish. In America we are not hard enough on violent criminals.

Went in without backup to confront a known killer who had already killed his pregnant wife. He saved 4 children's lives in the process.
Sad fact is that the Meridian PD is extremely understaffed. It's highly plausible that the officer new that backup wouldn't get there in time to resolve the situation.

Heard from a buddy of mine in Meridian that Officer Croom was escorted up I-20/59 to Tuscaloosa and that Officer Croom's handcuffs were placed on the piece of shite.
