Eliminate divisions and rotate all 8 games.

Top 2 go to ATL

This is def the best way to do it. Expand playoffs to 8 teams and this could be round 1 most years. No reasons to have divisions at this point considering all the classic rivalries

Shameful that a Bulldog is so afraid

Didn't see anything of "being afraid" in the post. Just a general question about the balance of power in the divisions.

*sigh* Not THIS again.
For this to happen, you're going to have SEVERAL tie-breakers to sort out things when teams with identical records DO NOT play each other.
Not to mention, there is NO FAIR WAY to compare any 2 schools because you would have, what, 3-4 MAX teams they shared.....THAT YEAR!
With divisions, you can compare 7 teams to each other & easily see who is better that season.

UVA and Va Tech are not separating. It's not happening.

UVA doesn't care about VT. They only supported VT's joining the ACC because the Virginia legislature brought pressure to bear. Virginia isn't going to let either school screw the other, but if UVA wants to go B1G, and VT wants to go SEC, the politicians aren't going to care.

The move should have been done when Mizzou joined.

I mean if you want us in Atlanta every year go ahead. As it is now we haven't lost to South Carolina since like 1933, Tennessee since 1999, and Florida since like 2000.

This needs to happen and should have been done in 2012. I do want to go to a nine game conference schedule so we still play the vols every year.
