Aren't you the pretentious socialite? All Southeast Asian's have significant phenotypic overlap due to shared East Asian ancestry and historical migration patterns.

For you to claim a higher intellect and more refined cultural baselines because you can supposedly immediately identify which country they originate from is buffoonery at its finest.

You will also adamantly claim you can distinguish the difference between a German and a Swede just by cheekbone orientation.

You also can magically determine which person is Italian and which is the Greek just by the structure of their nose. Oh look, there is a person from Croatia someone will say, and you sternly reproach them and say that the person is from Serbia, based on looks alone, and ask how in the world could an educated person make such a grave mistake.
