First ever title game between LSU and Florida this year.

It will be tough for LSU to beat UF twice in 1 season. I say this because I'm picking LSU to beat UF in Baton Rouge earlier in the year.

That would also be the first repeat game from the regular season of annual East/West games, correct?

hard to imagine the turds and lsu haven't played in the SEC title before

that being said if this were the case i would be in a liquor coma from the past season so it wouldn't bother me

Florida-LSU - no
Alabama-Tennessee - pretty sure that's a no

The rest no.

Ahh liquor comas. They're great.

Is this coming season pretty much SECCG appearance or bust for UGA according to their fans? That's kind of what I'm gathering.

seems to be the case. unless we don't win the east by a very slim margin and we have a hefty win total and a win over tech. beating yall would help him. but he needs to get to atlanta

If UF doesn't make it, but still beats UGA, I kind of hope UGA makes it and gets pounded. Simply because I think they will keep him around if he makes it, and that's good for UF.

if we win the east because its like the special olympics that were 2010 and then we proceed to get south carolina'd in the title game idk if that guarantees him a future or prolongs his firing

I think it may just keep him on the hot seat. I doubt they fire him after an SECCG appearance.

That's what I meant to say by prolonging. That situation would be awful. It's better for everyone if we either are just bad arse and he stays or we are just God awful and he's booted because this shades of grey crap is going to he the death of us. I mean what else would the AJC right about? Tech?

I'm expecting Richt to get canned after this season after another subpar year.

There's a lot who agree with you. And most know that what I listed above isn't as likely as UGA going like 7-5 or 8-4. I lean more to 9-3 and 8-4 but that's because I can never go into a season expecting only 7 wins. But if richt does get 8 and isn't close to winning the SEC no one will know what's happening and it'll flat out suck with all the speculation.

Also it's more likely richt is given the option to resign before he's fired, they respect him too much

Yeah, unless that sentence includes 1998. The University of Mississippi's football program, on the other hand, has never been to Atlanta for the SEC Championship game. It's amazing that the SEC has been around since 1932 and people still confuse those two schools
