So...the big game: CSU/Bama

This board is dead, surprised not more talk about the big game just around the corner on 9/21. I guess it's just a slow week in SEC country.
Rammies are 1-2 with close losses to CU and Tulsa but coming off a big win over FCS power Cal Poly. They continue to improve on both sides of the ball. To be objective, I have to think Alabama has the advantage because they're playing at home.
Don't know much about Alabama but I heard they looked like shite but won their opener, and got pushed to brink last week too. They some week 2 bye? That's a mistake, right?
Cheers, hope to meet some bros in Tuscaloosa. Any recs for MMJ friendly establishments would be appreciated.

I once met the lady that designed the big bronze ram at CSU, we were out looking for big horned sheep in the same area. She also did the big buffalo at CU, which is the largest bronze buffalo in the world I'm told.

I believe you are correct. The CSU statue got a lot of criticism at first for being gaudy. It's a huge fricking ram in bronze? What do you expect?

When I was stationed at the Air Force Academy in the 80's there was a bar in Longmont that had a boxing ring and hosted full contact Karate. Blood and beer man, loved it.

It's a good place for a game, but unfortunately it's turning into a baseball atmosphere. 08 was the last decent year. They're proceeding with a new on campus stadium. Pretty controversial but would be sweet if it happens
