No, he did not. When a player is out of eligibility they are automatically entered into the draft. They do not declare for the draft. Only underclassman declare for the draft.

This has been a big problem during this whole debacle. So many fans here simply don’t have an understanding of what is going on, and they have no desire to. They do not understand the NFL draft. They don’t understand the difference between NFL minicamp and training camp. They are irate about something they have no understanding of.

Every player who was out of eligibility went through the draft process. Hutson was undrafted and never signed a contract like 98% of players in this year’s draft.

It is no coincidence that the loudest, most obnoxious fanbase in the SEC is also the dumbest. And it isn’t even close. So much of the rage LSU fans exhibit is simply because they are stupid and are unable to understand the world around them.

It is all dumb as we have tons of college athletes making in the millions and they are acting like they are not “Pro Players”.
