Look at our offense statistics and you'll understand why they aren't "great". An inconsistent offense allows opponents to wear down our defense as the game goes on, leading to choked leads.
Even still, they do have some major matchup flaws. The same ones that have me worried for tomorrow. See our game against Ole Miss, for example.

Good point. I agree that an offense that can run the ball well and maintain drives helps a defense tremendously. The 2 South Carolina ends are great, and the rest of the defense is good. Don’t be offended by my opinion. I haven’t seen a great defense in all of college football this season. In fact, I don’t think there’s a great team in college football this season. Lot of good teams, no great ones
