I don’t think that was the case at all. Watching full speed, it appeared he was going for ball - all the way through contact. Never even adjusted his hands for contact.

Defender has an equal right to catch the ball as the receiver. A collision happened as a result of that attempted catch. Easy overturn, IMO.

I see why they did overturn it, but I've seen it called before. That's a, "They'd call it on us" type thing.

On a different note, is Stockton just underwhelming to anyone else? Haven't watched Miami in the regular season, and they're playing good teams in the olayoffs, but he misses open receivers at times and doesn't seem to throw anyone open.
