You're assuming teams that you've considered a rival all your life, your parents and grandparents life and so on..

are seen the same way by a young man only thinking of his own future, for right or wrong. Coaches have always been mercenary hired guns, and now more than ever before the players are as well. Sure every team will have a legacy now and then that bleeds (insert team colors) but the majority are far more concerned with what they think is best for them personally, not your hatred of the school they transfer to.
