Coming off back to back 2 win seasons Arkansas saw how our shitty OL coach turned HC won 4 games and decided to follow the same blueprint in order to double their wins

Turning a job into another job is not the same as being successful at that job.
The only job he was successful at was FAU. USC he tanked. Tennessee he shite on. He went 5-15 in the NFL. Ole Miss remains to be seen. Show me his success.
