Coaching affects work ethic. It affects the development of players. It's obvious, that CS hasn't either based on his combine performance. Some would say that is a reflection of coaching as well as on himself.

so because he is not that fast that means he doesn't have a good work ethic?????????????????????????????????????????

224 picks in the NFL draft

so your saying a SEC RB who ran for over 1k yds his jr year and missed the last 4 1/4 games of his senior year with a broken collarbone doesn't get drafted cause he ran a 4.67 in the 40? who has also shown a willingness to play FB as well? your gumptardness is showing dude, I don't know why but I expected better....

Or maybe because he weighs as much as he does, can't jump, is slow as molasses. That might be a little to do with it.

McCluster has to be in space to be effective.

bullshite.

Dexter Makes holes that don't exist.
He can pound it too.

I can't tell you how many times Dexter ran straight into the pile only to emerge on the other side 10 yards down field and running for a touchdown.

You stated that his time wasn't bad for a RB that weighed 240. It is. It's bad that a RB even weighs this much, but to then have OLinemen show more athletic ability, that's sad. Like I said, some would, in addition to blaming his lack of discipline, blame the coaches for instilling such a poor work ethic. After all, how many times on here in this site, have Lsu fans said that a players results are the reflection of his coaching? It carries through for your team too, right? Fact is, he showed up heavier than he should be, has underperformed what he should have. That is either a reflection of being coached poorly, or you had a bad RB this year.

Did jarret also show up heavier than expected, and underperform in every other category? Was he not able to jump higher than a 325 pound linemen too?

So it's your assertion that Charles Scott is as good as Jerome Bettis. Nice.

I've said it's a mixture of it all. And since it obviously has affected his combine, it's too much.

no what he is saying is that cs can weigh almost whatever he wants and still play his game. Which is power football.
