We threw 40 more passes than yall. 100 more if you don't count Russell. They would do more blocking at State.

We were milking the clock while y'all were clawing your way back into games, I would have expected a larger margin

Well to be honest the number of passes would not sway them either way. There is not that big of a difference. But to say that they would just be blocking down field at Ole Miss is ignorant.

Your not going to be passing much with Brunetti or Mackey at Qb.

Mackey is a better passer than Masoli. Threw for 3,800 yards just in 2009 in Juco on the way to being first team Juco All-American. The dude can sling it.

Aren't y'all suppose to be having at least 5 qb's on your roster next fall

That's what we thought with our 5'8 juco guy too. Sounds oh so familiar.

When we were in the spot in August with only 2 schollarship QB's we decided to be prepared. We will have Mackey, Miller (grayshirt), Burnetti (probably), Stanley (if he doesn't transfer), and transfer from LSU.

To bad Mackey is 6 ft tall and didn't play at a small private school. Apples and oranges Brah.

He probably won't ever see the field but we are trying to get as many options as we can and let them play it out in the spring.

Who played at a private school again?

You didn't have Juco in your original post so I thought you were referring to Favre. Then I did research and found a Croom recruit in 2007 and I know nothing about him so I can't comment.

Tyson Lee played at 5A Columbus HS not a private school.

Anyhow my point was we (State) had an All American Juco that put up ridiculous numbers the previous two years leading our offense. You can figure out the rest. Goodluck with that brah

I hear what your saying. He may not win the job in the spring, if he does he is the best we got and I'll take my chances with him.

So you Ole Miss fans all pretty much think Mackey will be the starting QB next year? If this is true why is the people helppa bringing in 4 new qbs? I guess Stanley is transferring.

Word I got this morning is things aren't looking good for the Bulldogs and Coach Mullen.
Im sure Houston and Ole MI$$ made Singleton and Brassell an offer they couldn't refuse.

Some do, but we won't know until Spring. I'm skeptical, but he has the talent.

He'll transfer if he doesn't win the job in Spring. I wouldn't expect much out of him tho, he is pretty meh

Mackey is a player.....I expect him to do very well at Ole Miss next year.....

To lose these two to Ole Miss you better be smelling investigation. After the way State finished the season it is inexcusable for these two to end up any where other than State. If they go to Oxford I hope they enjoy down field blocking because that is all they will see for the next two years
You need to play a nice game of hide and go frick yourself. If you honestly believe the bullshite you're saying then you're perhaps too foolish for the Rant (and that's pretty foolish, sir).
