Texas is the same as Tenn we know this because GA beat them by the same amount
Actually, they may be worse because their L was at home

Texas had to have a soft sec schedule to make them look good in the sec. Oklahoma had a harder schedule and they aren’t fairing well

There isn’t a college football team in Louisiana that could beat Texas this year, but thanks for the contribution.
Also I’ll 9th the LOLz at Ole Miss trying to needle anyone about football success and prestige. The two closest things they got to relevance the last 50 years where when Blind Side was released and then again the last two years when it was cancelled and Oher came out against it as fake news.

I mean, it’s unnecessary since UGA stomped Texas at Texas, but still funny to me that a Texas fan would say that.

USC for the national title that Kiffin not have Reggie Bush on the field for the biggest play of the year gave them the game
I actually want to address this. USC ran a prototypical pro-style offense for the time aka i-formation. It was 4th and 2 and they were obviously going power to try and end the game, which was smart as that Texas defense was elite everywhere but LB. And they were particularly small at OLB as the scheme utilized undersized, speed OLB's for coverage.
So you target the B or C gap and need 5 lineman, 2 tight ends, 1 X receiver/split end, 1 qb, 1 power back, and 1 fb, who will seal the WOLB, and a pulling guard to clear out the gap for the power back. What use is Reggie Bush on that play when he's not your power back? It got blown up at the line of scrimmage, Bush had 0 utilty on that play
