Your SR profile is there for the entirety of your career. Let's say you're a Brigade Commander for just over two years and, over the course of your time you senior rate 10 majors. If you give 6 MQs (you get 3 HQs built in when you start your profile) and you only senior rate one major over the next 2 years, he could be the best officer in the Army but you can't give him a top block and your profile at that point is too mature for the board to read it otherwise.

I was there and enjoyed every minute of it. But you’re an LSU fan; that game was in 2003, and I also remember that damn Sugar Bowl also being there....sigh
