The only problem is getting 14 teams on these things without messing up the quality and simplicity to read and understand what's going on. I have some ideas though.

2000 - Texas A&M 24, Baylor 0
2002 - Texas A&M 41, Baylor 0
2004 - Texas A&M 31, Wyoming 0
2015 - Texas A&M 25, Vanderbilt 0
2016 - Texas A&M 67, Prairie View 0
While I was in school (1996-1999 seasons), A&M had 3 shutout wins. (North Texas 1996, Sam Houston 1997, Oklahoma 1998)

Didn't make the list and got SELCON'ed. MRD of late-2020.
Selection rate for my PZ look was just above 50%. Timing is everything when it comes to evaluations and very little is within your control depending on your SR.

The worst is having the enumeration but not the block checks. That says that they thought enough about you to rate you well but not enough to commit a top block.

Do you know the reason why? I had three ACOMs in a row as a Captain and then we got a new BC without a CPT profile and he burned his silver bullet on our shitbag S-3 because he was facing his AZ look.

Timing. My first SR burned through all of his ACOMs in his first year in the job and my SR BDE CDR in my KD position only gave ACOM/MQ evals to the top third and even then only to those he saw in Battalion Command. Basically unless your profile didn't scream CSL he didn't give you a top block.
My block checks kept me from being promoted but my writeups got me SELCON so I'll still retire with 20.5 years.
