I just think people are overreacting. The guy is just sitting there with a couple players, a coach, and what looks to be his mother. It's not an embarassing situation. It's not like he's taking a shite. It's just a picture of a recruit on his visit.
Why people are in such an uproar about this is beyond me. Perhaps I just have the ability to understand that if I'm a high profile recruit, I'm going to have people taking my pictures and crap. It comes with the territory. It wouldn't bother me. Apparently, some people on the boards are sensitive enough that they'd be willing to sue the photographer.
That's just not me.

I'm just not that sensitive, and don't see the harm in taking a picture of the guy since he is a commit from an arch rival, and his presence in T-Town is something worth noting.
I don't expect everyone to see it my way. But I hardly think it's something worth having an e-fit over.
