I couldn't afford Vanderbilt's tuition without taking heavy loans and was offered a full ride on academic scholarships at Ole Miss. It's not that much of a stretch.
Well you didn't make it seem like that was the situation in your other post.

I didn't make it seem like anything was any situation with my post. All I said was "I got into Vanderbilt and still went to Ole Miss." Whatever situation you imagined was entirely your own doing.

Choosing to go to college for free vs. choosing to go into debt? It's not a tough decision to make. Also, I set myself up very nicely for graduate school during my time at Ole Miss.
Where you went to school for undergrad doesn't even mattter anymore. It's all about grad school, y'all. So go somewhere where you're around cheap beer and loose women, that's all I have to say.

I would agree that is largely the truth with some exceptions.
I started off at a JUCO and ended up with a fellowship to do a doctorate at a top 10 program. It's really all about how you use the opportunities you have. I won't deny that the experience at a major university will be more rich than perhaps at a Southern Miss or La Tech, but a smart kid can still do a lot for themselves even at one of those universities.

Auburn's would be nice if they had more trees.
Have you seen how they treat that one tree?
Good thing is , if God ever needs to take a shite he knows where the TP supply is.

LSU's campus stands out because the architecture is unique, it has more trees than any of the others, and it's between a river and several lakes. It may only have a small edge now, but the gap is only going to get bigger.
There's a lot of developement going on around the LSU campus, most of it in the only area left to develop, the area north of the shopping and entertainment district outside of LSU's North Gates.

You do know the real reason why they have those LSU lakes? FWIW, several years ago, LSU was listed in the top ten prettiest campus' in the nation.

The lakes have been there since before LSU moved to it's present campus location I thought.

Also, the Grove is very DIFFERENT from what everybody else does, which either confuses or frustrates the simpletons in your fanbase to go "WELL THIS SUCKS!!11" because you can't comprehend that people really fricking enjoy doing shite in a more unique manner or, at least, a manner different to you and your peers.
K-frickIN-FC IS NOT UNIQUE...its a bunch of tents piled on top of each other...KFC being served on white tablecloths is not unique, its frickin stupid.
