Just an interesting tweet.. After all the NCAA is very much against gambling in intercollegiate athletics.. Doesn't look good to have a very well known odds maker claiming to have sources inside the NCAA that leak him info.
Greg is right. Gambling connections inside the NCAA would be a much bigger story..

Funny how every bammer has an inside source with the NCAA, and nobody from any other school has inside sources on Oregon, GT, or LSU.

Wow, your really mad about Auburn getting some good recruits out of Arkansas. It will be ok, relax.

You're right, very high up NCAA officials being tied to a very well known odds maker wouldn't even make the crawl across the bottom of the screen.

When cheating is proven at Auburn I hope severe penalties are leveled against the Tigers and I hope EVERY single coach on the staff is never allowed to coach at another NCAA University.

That's the song I have been singing since before Cam was even being recruited by AU. It's more than just coaches.

If you aren't aware of the close knit nature of "amateur" athletics and Vegas...I can't help ya.

So is this now the official ITAT/AE/Bunker/NTYF spin?

Betting on college football is a billion dollar business. More money is bet on college football in this state than any other.. That being said an organization like the NCAA, who ran a football coach out of town for betting on the March Madness bracket does not want to be tied to a well known sports odds maker.

I would say the same thing about any team. Maybe you are different than I am but if Arkansas has to cheat to win I would rather not have a program. What about you? Are you for giving coaches a free pass when they clearly had to know what was going on? The only way to clean up this type of crap is to hold all parties accountable.

FWIW, this isn't going to be a story unless someone like Doyle decides they actually want to look into it... I just found his tweet interesting, that's all

If the coaches are involved in anything that causes issues for the school then they should be punished. I support Auburn, not the coaches. Until anything is proven though, I don't believe anyone should spew hate on someone they know nothing about. If you know them personally then spew away.

So, if you had to bet everything you owned, would you bet that Auburn did or didn't recruit illegality? My bet is that they did.

Did any of the bombs land or are our battleships safe?

You would be willing to bet everything you own on that? No, I wouldn't bet on anything to do with what coaches do.

They splashed some sea water on the deck, but Chizik's bringing in a few more four star recruits to clean it off.
