An Oklahoma fan...or a fan of whoever you are playing should make the thread, then an Admin will sticky it. It is up to whomever started the thread to update the score in the title as either team scores using the edit button.

It seems you literally joined yesterday. On gamedays, they open up a separate forum - SEC Score Board - and close this board down while the games are being played. In that board, the game threads are posted by anybody (not a mod usually) and pinned (usually unpinned after the last game has finished). Here's a link.
