If MSU is considered to have boosters that talked money then that's where they could get in trouble even if the higher ups refused. It's stupid but it's just like Cam being able to get in trouble for his father's actions.

they've already been ordered to end all ties with Bond if I understand correctly

Even if MSU were dirty (which they don't appear to be)... the school that turns in the evidence (MSU in this case) usually gets A LOT of leniency from teh NCAA because they don't want to discourage whistle blowing - that seems to be why Bama got hammered in the Means case and no one else did (when others should have too)

Except they continued to recruit him after they knew Rogers was asking for money.

You're lumping all the Newtons together. So by your reasoning if your mom does something shitty you don't know about at the time.. then you are shitty too.

I don't know what exactly happened (ie Cam and his Mom knew what Daddy were up to) but with all due respect.. neither the frick do you.
If they didn't know.. I hope Mama Cam divorces him and Cam puts her up in a beautiful house in Buckhead when he goes pro. I am not going to say what I wish on Cam's Dad... not here anyway.

Seriously? Cam is the one with the laptop issues, speeding ticket issues, cheating issues. He didn't need his dad's help to tarnish his image before all of this started.

I am basing my opinion on the Newtons' character on their actions to date. I have other ideas about what else they did, but hey, there's no proof yet.

Yes. Parking tickets like parking too fast in zone that was marked for slower parking and not parking at a red light and moving parking with a suspended license. It was all parking tickets.

yes they did - by the reports I've read when they were asked the coaches response was "no, no, I didn't hear that"

they should have reported that when it happened but the NCAA won't ding them for that IMO when they reported the incident and wouldn't play ball

JMO - but I think kids occasionally ask for money and there's little return for the school on turning in those incidents into the NCAA unless you think someone else can be shown to have paid... because by reporting the incident your reward becomes weeks or months of the NCAA on your campus investigating your program and the kid involved

The point of the thread has nothing to do with MY approval. I was personally speaking on behalf of every football loving fan in America. We all dislike and disrespect you......all of us.

It is pretty amazing isn't it. But, yes, I do know every single football fan in America.

Plus, it is so fun to get all of these Auburn people so riled up and defensive and so easy I might add. You would think they would take the high road.......wait, no you wouldn't.
