Anyone else getting the error “this channel is not included in your package” when trying to watch SEC games on WatchESPN?
If so, any answers? I’m tired of getting no answers from little foreign girls on the ATT help desk.

There is a thread on sixpack about the same thing. Its pretty widespread. If I am using my firestick I get the same error but I can switch to my chromecast and use the ESPN app and it works fine.

Change provider should fix the problem!

Yes. And ATT acts like they have no idea what you're talking about.

Happens across any AT&T platform. I've got DirectTV and it started happening right after AT&T bought them out.
I can USUALLY get it to work by logging out of the provider, closing the app (or browser session if on a PC) and then logging back in. If you're watching on an iOS device, I've sometimes had to go into settings and log out of the TV provider, close the app, relaunch and log in when prompted.
If you're using a PC, easiest way is to use incognito mode so you get prompted to log in every time.
It really sucks, but then that's an accurate representation of everything AT&T.
