KC's motto: At least we aren't St. Louis!

We are a world class city. Why else would FIFA choose us to host the World Cup (the largest and most popular sporting event in the world?).

The only thing that gives us a negative connotation is "kansas" being in the name.

really emphasizes how much Missouri sucks that a place would prefer to be associated with Kansas over it.

I only learn the history of NYC because it’s the only history that is relevant and worth knowing

Good. I’ve enjoyed the venue each time I’ve went.

It makes sense. The yellow press, like the NY Post, thrives on headlines from NYC, where most residents act like they were raised by wolves.

People from New Orleans are known to say this, too.

Lol what does that have to do with anything? The Super Bowl has been in plenty of cities the same size or smaller as Nashville and it’s never been a problem. Last I checked, the Super Bowl is just a tad bit larger than the SECCG

New York has more billionaires than anywhere else in the world and is the finance capital of America, and is neck to neck with London as finance capital of the world.

Get your money up chump and you’d know better

My bullshitting this thread and obvious bias aside, I do think it's a great city and I'm proud of it. Not the best in the world and we have our problems, but it's a great town.

Absolutely incorrect. Why do people perpetuate this falsehood?

Texas will push hard to get it moved to Dallas.

Why? Will they buy tickets to watch other teams play?

Because regardless of the actual stats,
Nashville is a sleepy town with nothing of interest and is only worth flying over to somewhere actually interesting

So what if it does? We're on the map. Lamar Hunt also built the Chiefs who have put the city on the map too. Lamar

It was a great city in its own right but he certainly enhanced its legacy on the sports front.
