' snake doctor ' is really REALLY into selling that SNAKE OIL!!! When USC, and for that matter, Utah, can start playing more than one real game a year, meaning bowl game, outside of their pansy little conferences, that is, playing some REAL GAMES against some REAL TEAMS from REAL CONFERENCES, then maybe, just maybe, they will get some RESPECT, spelled R-E-S-P-E-C-T, ask Gladys, and then you can TALK WITH THE BIG BOYS!!... until then, geaux on, get on outta here, get out to the shed, lick your wounds, and DREAM about the future days that just may be possible... the days when you can play a REAL SCHEDULE, against REAL TEAMS, and RUN WITH THE BIG BOYS!!! !!!GEAUX GATORS / SEC / TIGERS!!!...

Actually, Herbstreet pretty much looked at Corso and disagree'd about USC. He's sat back for a while and let Corso's ignorance (which alot of people love to hate, so they watch it.) Maybe you should watch your experts a little more.

You know you've made a terrible point when 90proofprofessional wants to call you out.

The only USC team I see beating an SEC BCS winner was in 2004-2005 against Auburn....and the game would have been close.

usc has one bcs championship. no one questions that, except crazed sec fans who insist on spending their time denegrating other conf. year after year the sec has produced the best team often, but that has nothing over all to do with the sec.

so when USC lost to Oregon St did it hurt them more than when UF lost to ole miss?

because of the ore st loss to oregon and the fact that ole miss is really a very good football team. I admit the pac 10 is down, but it is also on its way back to the top where it was for years. Florida is great no doubt, but ark, aub, tenn, miss st, ky , vandy, sc, with weakened ga, and lsu--doesnt inspire

well if you're arguing the SEC is down this year, i will agree to that. But it's still a harder road to go through than any other conference IMO.

With that said and many here will disagree with me, I believe believe USC belonged in the championship game. But after watching how Oregon St physically dominated the line in your game, I think it would have been a great USC/UF matchup.

The SEC put the smackdown on the number 2 conference (BIG 12) during this years bowl games.

Notice you didn't mention who they beat in that BCS game. Gotta wonder how many of USC MNF Champions were due to playing either that same team or conference prior to the BCS.
