You are basically in favor of a system that penalizes you for playing in a tough conference (and specifically the hardest division in the country).

No, read the OP!

I am in favor of this but the committee will not vote the way I would. If they did, Alabama would have been the clear #3 in 2008 yet they got bumped down to #6 after all the votes were taken by both the mock committee and the actual committee when both voted on the 2008 season.

Imagine that an FSU fan that likes the idea that the ACC gets a basic autobid to the playoff.

Honestly what do you think FSU's record is if they play Miss St's schedule?

Do you feel like they should be left out because they don't play in the Big 12 or the ACC?

IDK because i'm not entirely sure how good each SEC team is right now. You guys asked this question last year as well even during the BCS era.

I'm under no delusions. If FSU loses even one game we are probably not in playoff contention most years. The ACC is one of the weaker conferences most years. I wouldn't be surprised if we got jumped by an SEC West team this year.

They lump the SEC with the other 4 conferences when clearly it's been head and shoulders above for almost a decade now. This version of the playoffs really hurts the SEC and will hopefully lead to quick change once "Big 5" autonomy takes off.

Honestly , Bama hasnt played a "tough sec schedule" since 2010.
