Wait who in the hell thinks Leach is going to LSU, or anywhere, to be an OC?
Posted on 11/30/10 at 1:13 am to geauxtigahs87
plus the records he set at uk. LSU would be damn good

West next year?
1. Bammer- has UPig and LSU at home
2. LSU- will have to beat Bammer in T-Town to win it
3. UPig- good team, but cant win at T-Town and Baton Rouge
4. State- Wins at least 8 games, and will beat either SC, LSU. or Bammer at home next year- returns 16 starters- losing only 3 starters on OL and DL combined
5. Aubarn- loses a shitload of Sr's and Cam
6. Mississippi- wont be any better than in 2010

it was posted by a pretty crediable poster on the coaching changes board that miles was gauging leachs interest. Leach has also said he would take a oc job. Throw in that br is filming alot of movies im sure if we get some pirate movies here he will be all in.
honestly i highly doubt he comes. I think its all smoke and mirrors by miles. He acts like he is going to get us a big name but bc he is a stubborn arse he wont give up control. leach wont come without full control. Miles then comes back and says well couldn't get our man guess we have to keep my bbq buddy gary

LSU would be damn good with any AVERAGE OC
The fact that we finished in the bottom 30 among the worst offenses in college football for the 2nd straight year, and have a 19-5 record in that span is nothing short of a miracle

true even average we are probably 11-1 right now. I really hope im wrong on all of this and gary didn't save his job by having the d carry us to 10 wins

fwiw to pile on the sec d myth of stopping leach while at uk. 4 ncaa and 16 sec records broken along with 116 school records
so i would suspect at LSU he would do even more damage

Defenses have gotten stronger in the SEC since 1997.

LSU actually plays pretty well at bds esp lately

they have but he still put up a ton of yards. He will also have more talent at LSU.
If we were to get him id suspect we look like ou type o

West will be very deep next year as well, minus Auburn and Ole Miss will suck again.
Posted on 11/30/10 at 1:33 am to heartbreakTiger
Ole miss wins it next year. they will be in the 4th year of their system and be all nutt's players, Ogeron's players will all be gone for the most part so there won't be anymore cancers in the locker room either.

murry state mafie can't be stopped

Maybe we can borrow an offensive line and coordinator. I don't see Bama being any better next year, especially on offense.

They are quite the team, they are so loyal that no one even bothers to offer them other jobs.

Dude, fricking stop. I know you think it is clever, Bear Bryant, but its not.
Or is that how they said it when you were winning super bowls as a coach?

With the way our secondary played this year, and also factoring in our offense is taking a step back (and McElwain will likely be returning), I'd have to say I like LSU's chances in this one.

On the flip side, veteran offensive lines at Arkansas and Auburn are a big reason why those two programs are going to BCS bowls. Who will have veteran OLs in 2011?
Dude, we started two freshman on our Oline this year. Not exactly "veteran"
