That's cool. There's always an angle that would say "My conference is better than your conference." Seriously, there's a bazillion ways to look at everything.

How about a home and home? That's right, your argument is that the SEC doesn't need to play anyone OOC because their conference schedule is so tough. I guess 6-9 vs BCS teams this year shows just how tough the SEC really is.

Listen, FL is awesome this year and will probably win the NCG. But other than them and Bama, the SEC is mediocre.

That is absolutely, 100% true. And Bama really wasnt that great, but were solid and benefited from the weak SEC.

If FL wins it (which I expect them to), what does that say for the SEC? I mean, they've been killing everyone this year (Ole Miss aside). There's the big 2 (FL and Bama) and then there's the rest.

For this one season, the SEC will resemble the usual Big10 I guess

can't argue with that. This was the worst year for the SEC in many years. That said, the SEC is still better than the Big 10 this season.

Marginally I guess. It's always hard to tell, but this year the SEC really has suffered bc of QB play. Both conference are unimpressive.

Agreed. However, your #3 (GA) is going to bitch slap MSU. They flat out suck IMO. Iowa-GA and MSU-SC would be better games.

I think UGA will look good after finally getting a chance to heal and wouldve made a good game against OSU too. I really dont see S.Car looking good in a bowl. Thats an unimpressive team right there.

You think Iowa is better than MSU?

I haven't seen Iowa play this year, so I don't know anything about dem Hawkeyes.

This is very true. You won't get many rational responses that state otherwise, but how good is it that there are entire articles putting the SEC up against other BCS conferences EVERY year?

When you are the benchmark by which other conferences measure themselves, you ARE the best.

I thought MSU was pretty good earlier this year.

In a landslide. Any team that can beat Penn St can't be taken lightly, and Shonn Greene (stud) was 1st team all Big Ten. Beanie was 3rd team I think (which is BS...he's much better than Ringer IMO).

OSU beat them 45-7 in East Lansing and I think PSU waxed them 48-19 (or something close to that). They are very much one-dimensional and seem to make a lot of mistakes.

I have a good friend who is an Iowa fan. With that being said I know more about that team than I normally would. But they aren't bad. They struggle at QB but have a great running back in Shonn Greene who averaged something like 144 yds per game. They did beat Penn St too.
