Had to give my dog to my mom when we realized my son was allergic to pet dander. It sucks, but its much easier now.

I really wasn't complaint about it being boring, I'm just saying if I'm going to miss out on getting paid at work i don't want it to be bc I'm watching a movie.

Yes I have a phone and it's the real jack and the beanstalk but watching a movie ad playing on my phone doesn't pay the mortgage. Self employed contract worker = no paid time off.

This is my second time, I served in an attempted murder trial the last time. It was a great experience but it was 10 years ago, I wasn't making the money I make now and got paid time off back then.

Yesterday I was dismissed at 12 and told to report back today at 9. Arrived this morning and some lady comes in and puts on Jack and the Beanstalk, no explanation of what we are doing today. What the actual frick!!
Some people got a sticker w a juror # on it, but I didn't. Hoping that's a good sign.
