"C-A-T-S, CATS! CATS! CATS!" is more popular than "Go Big Blue" now. The NY Jets copied it and use the chant too much.

Neither is really a chant or saying for us. GBO or Go Big Orange is the closest to what you're looking for, I think. Also, we often say, "How 'bout them Vols" when the season starts - it's a conversation starter like asking about the weather and when the team is good it's a statement of pride.
One other is we tend to chant "It's great to be a Tennessee Vol" after victories as well as when something happens but that's more an on campus thing.
