Isn't that just good blocking?
I guess so. It's what kept you in the Bama game last year.

Exactly on the 11 second mark, grabbing and pulling down #3, at about the 25 yard line. It actually looks worse on the first clip I went to look at, which was the view shown live.
Everyone else is talking about Ciron Black (#70).

But you know what they say, you can justifiably call holding on every snap if you wanted to...
I'm sure Arlo and Big Papa Mac will challenge you that Alabama has never done anything like that.

Perhaps you guys should teach your linemen to hold better.. and you wouldn't fall to teams like Utah, etc.

Not to beat a dead horse it's official, Rogers Redding acknowledges that it should not have been called

Uh...I also was talking about Ciron Black (#70)...he possibly grabbed and pulled down #3 for Georgia at the 25 yard line...

those guys are just playing games, just tryin to get under folks skin for no reason, he knows damn well that wasn't no holdin.

im confused on where people think the holding occurs...? whoever blocks rennie curran could have been called for holding it appears. however, it's not any different than a lot of blocks on a lot of plays, so really not flag worthy.

Haha...yeah, you're probably right about that. Of course, if the roles were reversed, I'm sure it would be very plainly a missed call to the Tiger faithful here too...

I suppose you could call excessive celebration on every sack also. I'm just amazed why 1) the corndogs don't acknowledge they were the recipients of several flaky calls/non-calls in the last minute, and 2) they're whining about Scott's penalty when it was more flagrant than Green's.

damn, you're terrible. not a single uga fan has bitched about the outcome one time in this thread. not even bitched about the calls, and have been pretty fair all around.
you need a new definition of getting your arse whooped as well btw.

if he 'possibly grabbed' someone.. is that holding? I thought it was only a penalty if he definitely did it..
It sure as hell isn't a completion if he 'possibly caught the ball'

BAMA fans are just pissed LSU won thats all. They can't stand it apparently and refuse to give LSU any credit.

If you look at #3 prior to the contact, he realizes his angle on the runner is wrong and is breaking down. #70 pushes him from the side and he goes down because of the contact and being off balance.

yeah i didnt see evans get held at all. i know the contact he's referring to and it looks fine.

It's a text-book down field block.
