That’s all well and good, but those other stadiums don’t offer the unique opportunity to get a ground rule double by hitting a hard chopper into the infield.

I think Arkansas’ women’s softball field seats more than LNS!

Yall just got a 325 foot HR off a pop fly to the opposite field that was wind aided. This isn't baseball.

We were down and out for a few years in baseball. With Tony V, excitement is at an alltime high. So the school is refurbishing Lindsey Nelson with $100 million. Improvements are half done now, but it will be complete next year. We just don't have the space to compete in size with the bigger stadiums. Final capacity will be 8,000+, and it will be super nice. I know - except for the fences. But they're equal for both teams.

Very sensible response. It is equal for both teams when they're playing in that park. I just don't want to see anyone hitting 325 foot home runs even if it's LSU.

Then why have yall only hit 1 HR? Tennessee has hit homeruns in every game on the road this year except for 1 game. Most field are 325 down the lines.

That wasn't down the line. It was in left field. As I said, I don't want LSU hitting pop fly HRs like that either.

Then explain how Tennessee is leading the country in doubles? If the field is so small, that should mean the players get to the ball quicker, right? There’s only 5 feet difference down the lines compared to most places. There are fields that are actually smaller down the liens. UGA right field is 314. We all agree that Arkansas had a nice facility right? Well they have the same exact dimensions in left and right as they do in Arkansas. Why don’t you complain about Arkansas fence at 320 down the lines?

Left field is 320, like it is in Arkansas. The alleys are 360 ft. Most fields alleys are around 365-370. Alex box alleys are 365ft. 5 feet don’t make that much of a difference.

I haven't said a word about doubles.

Yes. They don't have carpet for a field.

5 to 10 feet does make a big difference. It's the difference between a HR and a ball caught on the warning track. We see plenty of fly balls caught on the warning track.
