I agree. This is a horrible look for any school. If you made this list it is time for some soul searching about who is running the university and athletic department.
LSU athletics will be bankrupt in 10 years if they don’t get it turned around. Boosters will only pay out the nose like they are now for so long before they demand results.
Next time you think about bad looks, take a look at this. LSU has only won 37% of their conference games the last 5 seasons. LSU football has finished ranked in the top 25 just once, LSU basketball has finished ranked in the top 25 zero times. A very bad look indeed.

It is amazing that the baseball national champions lost $900,000. When the national champion of a sport loses money you know it is a niche sport.

LSU literally changed ADs this year. They aren't afraid of trying to get better, and they literally hired a coach who gave Ole Miss their best season since the 1930s

And yet they have the same amount of final 4s this century as Alabama, more national titles in men's sports over the last 6 years.
Alabama thinks making the postseason is enough. They know the standard of championships wont ever exist for them again. Not with oats and deboer and whatever schmuck is coaching the baseball team now. So making the postseason is enough for them now.
LSU's standards and expectations are simply higher than Alabamas now that nick is gone.
